Co-founder · Chief Financial Officer
Co-founder and CEO of 1563, a specialist in acquiring non-performing real estate loans, and co-founder and co-CEO of Raizers, a B Corp certified platform authorised by the market authorities.
He brings Pulsar financial rigour in structuring and executing every operation, from acquisition to delivery.
Raphaël Sudres
Co-founder · Chief Operating Officer
With several years of real estate experience, he has structured numerous residential operations within development companies, property dealers and investment funds.
In 2023, he founded Pulsar Opportunity. He now leads acquisition strategy, site selection and project development.
